Club Information

Hindley St. Peter's Cricket Club is based at St. Peter's Pavilion and Recreation Ground, Hurst Street, Hindley, near Wigan (click here for maps & directions).

Cricket

We play in the Manchester & District Association, where the 1st XI are in the Premier Division and the 2nd XI in Division 2A (the top division for second teams). We also have a 3rd XI playing in the Southport & District League Division 2, and a Sunday XI in the West Lancashire League. We have Junior sides at Under 9, Under 11, Under 13, Under 15 and Under 17 level, sometimes with more than one team at each age group. We are always on the lookout for new players, both senior and junior, so any new members will be very welcome! There is bound to be a place for you in one of the teams, whatever standard of cricket you are looking for.

Practice Night

Net Practice takes place every Tuesday night (Wednesday night for Under 9s and 11s) during the season at the Hindley ground, from around 6.30 pm. This is also when work is done on the ground and teams are selected for the following weekend.

Subscriptions for the 2009 season are as follows :

Subscriptions must be paid annually by 31st May.
