Hindley St. Peter's Cricket Club is based at St. Peter's Pavilion and Recreation Ground, Hurst Street, Hindley, near Wigan.
Cricket
We play in the Manchester & District Association, where the 1st XI are in the Premier League and the 2nd XI in Division 2A (the top division for second teams). We also have 3rd and 4th XIs playing in the Southport & District League Divisions 3 and 4. We have Junior sides at Under 9, Under 11, Under 13, Under 15, Under 17 and Under 18 level. We are always on the lookout for new players, both senior and junior, so any new members will be very welcome.

Practice Night
Net Practice takes place every Tuesday night during the season at the Hindley ground, from around 6.30 pm. This is also when work is done on the ground and teams are selected for the following weekend.
Membership
Subscriptions for the 2011 season are as follows :-
Non-playing membership allows you to attend and vote at general meetings of the club, and to stand for office within the club.
Arrangements to pay by instalments can be made for anyone who finds it difficult to make the full payment in one go.
Playing members who have not paid or agreed a payment plan by 31st May 2011 will not be eligible for selection until they have done so.
Match fees for 2011 are £6 in the 1st & 2nd XIs (£3 concession - unemployed/full time student/junior), and £4 in the 3rd & 4th XIs (£2 concession).
